The division in question has competence centers in Germany and the USA and serves as a system integrator offering tailor-made, fully qualified solutions. You will be joining an internationally active and innovative company in the most promising industrial sector of the moment: semiconductors.

De vacature:

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be visiting your largest client in Veldhoven on a weekly basis. Your primary focus and responsibility lie in project and contract management. You ensure that all agreements are honored, but you are not hesitant to push back when necessary. Essentially, through your effective communication, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. By actively listening, you identify opportunities for up- and cross-selling. There is still enormous growth potential, and you play a crucial role in this expansion. You are accustomed to managing capital-intensive projects (€10M+) and have the ability to further develop them. Long project lead times of 2 to 3 years do not deter you. Sometimes, you spend two days a week for meetings at the German facility. Naturally, you are regularly present at the customer at Veldhoven (NL), as this is your priority. You report directly to the Global Sales VP. There is ample room for advancement towards (international) management within the group.

Functie eisen:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience within high tech, semiconductors, or suppliers
• Experience in managing €10M+ projects & contracts
• Proficient in English
• Dutch and German are advantageous
• Broad technical knowledge in high tech/semicon
• Familiarity with long lead times
• Seniority and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills

• Salary range: €10,000 - €15,000 gross per month + bonus (20%). OTE €160K – €225K
