A great opportunity for a hard-working, sales motivated individual to join an over-achieving sales team, in the Houten (NL) office. You will be responsible for all phone-based lead generation in the German region. You will generate leads for the Account Manager’s to follow up on. You will do this by undertaking cold/warm calling campaigns, following up on leads from events and conferences and by doing your own research around possible customers. You will be solely responsible for opening doors within Germany and making a great first impression on prospective customers. You will be joining one of the most successful teams and therefore you will have the support of over-achieving Account Managers and Sales Director. If you want to remain in the Inside Sales team, they will allow you to become the very best. However this position could also be a stepping-stone in to a Account Manager or Pre-Sales position based on your success as an Inside Sales Representative.
• Educated to Degree level or above
• At least 2 years phone based B2B sales experience
• (near) Native in German & English
• Ability to listen and qualify sales opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• € 3.000 - € 3.500 gross monthly salary
• On target bonus: € 8K
• 27 holiday days
